·      Running shoes, clothes, and gear are just as important as proper physical train for a marathon.  Make sure your gear fits you and is fitted by a professional.
·      Wear Sunscreen formulated for runners and outdoor activities
·      Hydrate during your run to regulate its temperature and extend your endurance.
·      A little stretching goes a long way.  Stretching can prevent running injuries
